RMH Foundation joins Multi-Hospital Split-the-Pot Lottery

February 5, 2024 - The Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation is thrilled to have been invited to take part in the Ontario Multi-Hospital Split-the-Pot Lottery!

The Split-the-Pot Lottery includes 48 hospital foundations from across Ontario. As people purchase tickets online (https://splitthepot.ca/), they may choose which hospital foundation they would like to support through proceeds from ticket sales, or they may choose to have the winnings split between all of the hospital foundations.

“We’re excited to be able to offer people yet another way to impact patient care at the Ross,” said Erin Coons, RMH Foundation CEO. “Funds received through the Split-the-Pot Lottery will support the highest priority needs at the hospital, including life-saving technology, bedside medical equipment and critical capital projects. We hope everyone will enjoy playing the Split-the-Pot Lottery and feel good that your support helps patients during their time of need.”

Ticket sales will begin February 8, 2024 and close at midnight on March 21. Grand prize winners will be announced March 25.

The Split the Pot lottery is a spin on a traditional 50/50, whereby the 50% prize is awarded to multiple winners instead of just one:

· one winner takes home 60% of the jackpot

· two winners split 20% of the jackpot

· ten winners split 20% of the jackpot

There are also five early bird draws with 26 opportunities to win!
